Overall needs improvement

The design of the hotel and rooms is amazing, the children gets to play around the hotel safely as staffs available all the time, good room service staffs in cleaning and when we need anything they come fast

No organization, when we reached our luggage kept outside for long time, when we checked in we didn’t get proper orientation for example the wi-fi , time of breakfast…. We had to discover almost everything, one staff only to give the park’s tickets for all the guests

One of the best hotel for kids

Stuffs are very friendly. This hotel is very good for kids. Also, the security team are every where,so you will feel save for your kids. Every where games for kids

As i mentioned above the hotel is for kids, so there is nothings for adults. Breakfast and dinner have limited choices only for kids and nothing for adults. No sauna or swimming ball for adults.

I Enjoyed more than the kids

The staff were very professional, the welcoming, the service and also there was a lot of staff looking after the kids during the playground and swimming pool there were no need to worry about the kids.

Only the reception needs more organising, too much waiting during check in and after that you need to wait again in another line for the park tickets. Its better to combine both of them into one (reception and receiving the ticket at the same time) but as i mentioned before that the staff were fantastic much appreciated.

رحلة جميلة ولكن ضيق الغرفة ونظافة المكان تحتاج إلى إعادة نظر

* The atmosphere in general is amazing, we lived very interesting experience. * The staff is very professional and kindness * The treasure idea is very attractive and we all liked it. * The Lego characters is everywhere * The hotel decoration is very interesting

* The room size is very small ( 2 adults/ 3 children’s) all of us in one room divided into two sections separated by the bathroom, I guess you concluded that we have only one bathroom for the whole family so you have to start taking number when you plan to visit the bathroom (the positive thing they teach our children to plan before going to the bathroom) just kidding * Room isolation unfortunately is not that good, we couldn’t sleep because of the out side noise * The restaurant is not that good, you can eat but not that delicious also the prices is expensive little bit (launch meal) also I tried breakfast is good

I would recommend it for a family with kids age 4 - 10

It’s a perfect spot for kids. My kids and I enjoyed our stay two nights The room size was good The access to the water park and the theme park The play area in the lobby

The toilet in the room needs maintenance The dinner buffet wasn’t good it lacks of flavor There was no signs that direct you to the hotel

The hotel with all activities and access to the parks. The rooms were very nice and with very nice atmosphere. The kids had great time.

The housekeeping needs to improve as they did not provide the rooms with all supply and we have to ask for it every time.

Great for Lego lovers

Fantastic for children the hotel has the wow factor when you walk in and there is plenty to keep children busy. The Lego masterclasses and soft play area were great. As were the daily character visits.

Some parts of the property are tired. Rusty soap dispenser in the bathroom and chips out of the door. The breakfast wasn’t great so busy and quickly ran out of options and took a while to be replenished.

Great hotel but checkin process can be lenient

The property is fun and colourful! Really loved it, felt like a child myself.

The check in process was painful - been around the world and checked into many hotels and never came across one which asks for passports of all members in the room (not just the person on the booking). We said to the manager ill go and get the passports from my flat and submit them later but he wouldnt allow us to go upstairs to the room until then. Not nice if you have a child who needs a shower and a change
